I grew up in Southern California, attended culinary arts school and worked in high-end restaurants, resorts and catering kitchens for several years. My love of traveling along with a fervent curiosity about different cuisines and cultures was the driving force for me to live and work in various places around the globe, including Heidelberg, Pasris, Strasbourg, Bali and the Fijian Islands.
15 years ago I began working exclusively as a private chef for extremely busy clients that craved convenience while practicing every type of dietary lifestyles you could imagine. My culinary focus has always been based on sourcing and delivering the highest quality local ingredients to each individual client. And thus, the seed that bloomed into By Chef Robee, private chef services was born.
Now based in Hawaiʻi, the passion for regenerative farming, sustainability practices and community by devoted farmers, ranchers, fishers and artisan’s have been an integral part of my team to create unforgettable dining experiences crafted just for you.
