Chef Robee, a native of Los Angeles, started working in professional kitchens at age 15. The love of traveling and curiosity about different cuisines and cultures drove her to live and work in various places around the globe, including Heidelberg, Strasbourg, Paris, and the Fijian Islands. While raising a family in Charlotte, NC Robee worked as a private chef for several top professional athletes, personal trainer and nutritionist’s clients. Chef collaborated and cultivated relationships with local farmer’s markets, small family farms and ranchers to create organic, ingredient focused meals delivered throughout Charlotte which bloomed into By Chef Robee, private chef services.
Many of Chef’s fondest memories living abroad were while working in the Fijian Islands. Once Chef’s children ventured off to college, and ready for a new adventure, she relocated to the Hawaiian Islands. Chef's passion for regenerative farming and sustainability practices led to having a wonderful new community of organic farmers, ranchers, fishers and artisans on the Hawaiian Islands who share a passion for food, respect and gratitude for the land’s generosity. Chef Robee continues cultivating that vibe and energy directly to the heart of all her menus curated with love and aloha for each individual client.
